The International Institute for African Scholars is made up of members from different African countries. They are all spread out – some in the homeland and others in the diaspora. The Institute is still welcoming members, Fellows, Associates, etc.
Africa has 54 countries, but IIAS chooses to say 55 countries. This Institute is probably the  single most prominent convergence location of African scholars representing incredible talent and fields of human endeavor throughout the Black race.
