Dr. Austin Onyeama is the Africa Headquarters Director. He is based in the City of Aba, where the Headquarters are situated. 

The International Institute for African Scholars engages in activities aimed at boosting the the fortunes of Africa. These activities involve deploying The Institute’s members to different areas of human endeavor based on their academic or experiential attainments. The  Institute relies on the headquarters for the coordination of continent-wide programs.

Dr. Austin Onyeamais a Chartered Human Resources Manager with over 17 years’ experience in Banking (Mortgage Institution, First Bank and Fidelity Bank). He is a Researcher, Leadership and Management Consultant. He has made positive impact in the Banking industry and Education sector. Dr. Austin Onyeama held several managerial positions and is a member of international institute of African Scholars. Prior to his recent appointment at IIAS, he was the President of Creative woman Entrepreneur Foundation.

He received bachelor’s from Imo State University, M.Sc. University of Nigeria, UNEC and PhD in Management from University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus. Dr. Austin Onyeama is a Doctoral Fellow of International Certified Risk Management Professionals, UK. He has authored books, presented papers in conferences and seminars. He also has articles in international Journals and participated in a range of forums on economics and finance.

Dr. Austin Onyeama is a Fellow of Corporate Institute of Administration: Member, National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria: Member, Advertising Practitioner Council of Nigeria: Distinguished Fellow, Chartered Institute of Loan & Risk Management of Nigeria: Fellow, Chartered Institute of Human Resources Management: Fellow, Chartered Institute of Control and Finance: Member, Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered).

He is adjunct Faculty Lecturer (Business), Emmanuel University, Fayetteville, NC, USA. He is a Fellow of the International Institute for African Scholars where he currently serves as the Director of IIAS Africa Headquarters based in Aba, Nigeria.  He is an Alumni of the University of Nigeria. Above all, he is grateful to God almighty whose grace is sufficient for the accompaniment of tasks.
